The new audit schedule for Cycle 5 begins April 4, 2005.

Upon completing a series of desk audits for each department, the OCS auditors categorized physicians into three groups: high risk, moderate risk or low risk. High risk audits should be completed by October 24, 2005.

Special Audits

A provider or administrator may wish to request an audit. The auditors will arrange for a date they can review the materials and complete the audit. The scheduling of the special request audits will be dependent on the availability of our audit staff. The OCS may also request an audit of a department or specific providers as necessary.
