The new audit schedule for Cycle 5 begins April 4, 2005.

Upon completing a series of desk audits for each department, the OCS auditors categorized physicians into three groups: high risk, moderate risk or low risk. High risk audits should be completed by October 24, 2005.

Special Request

A provider or administrator may wish to request an audit. The auditors will arrange for a date they can review the materials and complete the audit. The scheduling of the special request audits will be dependent on the availability of our audit staff.
